Villa Torre Rossa is a luxury Tuscan Villa situated 15 minutes by car from down town Florence. The villa is located on top of a hillside 300 meters above sealevel, which allows a wonderful view of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio from its tower. The villa is surrounded by an olive orchard and produces its own olive oil. |

The House Features: 4 bedrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The villa is equipped with a top of the line kitchen with rustic character including an authentic pizza oven and open fireplace. Other areas of the villa include an elegant living and dining room with an antique fireplace. On the second floor there is a library containing hundreds of art books etc… In the basement there is a very charismatic and cozy family room. Tower: When the trees grew too tall, one of the previous owners decided to build a tower with a terrace that offers a splendid and unique view of the Florence skyline. Outside Facilities: Attached to the house there is a Limonaia, where the lemon trees are stored in the wintertime. Adjacent to it there is a fully equipped gym, with a treadmill and other weight training equipment, sauna, two showers and a bathroom. Extending out from the kitchen there is a large terrace with views overlooking the pool area and the Tuscan landscape. In the vicinity of Torre Rossa there are numerous hiking trails into the surrounding hillside. Pool: The pool at Torre Rossa is a truly unique accessory. It offers a fantastic experience, as if one is swimming in the middle of the olive grove looking out over the hillsides of a lush Tuscan landscape. From the poolside you can also enjoy sunsets that are breath taking. Staff: The house will be cleaned 3 times per week. A pool man will be in charge of the pool, and a gardener will be taking care of the outside and maintenance. A cook is optional. Availability: Circa 22 June to 31 August.
